Welcome to the home page for AYSO Area 11-L. Located in South Orange County, it is the single largest Area within AYSO from the standpoint of number of participating players. Our over 22,000 players (boys and girls) range from the ages of Under 5 to Under 19 and have the opportunity to enroll in a variety of programs, designed to appeal to age and skill levels, that are conducted on a year around basis. These offerings are a direct result of the time and effort donated by an excellent cadre of volunteers throughout the Area.
The Area consists of 10 Regions, including the communities of Laguna Niguel, Mission Viejo, Lake Forest, Foothill Ranch, Portola Hills, Laguna Beach, San Juan Capistrano, Dana Point, San Clemente, Rancho Santa Margarita, Aliso Viejo, Laguna Hills, and Ladera Ranch. For specific information for each region, please visit their websites, which are accessible by clicking the Area 11-L Regions button on the left.
If you have any additional questions, comments, or suggestions, please click on the Contacts button on the left to reach key volunteers in Area 11-L.

HEADS UP ONLINE CONCUSSION TRAINING COURSE
Heads Up: Concussion in Youth Sports is a free, online course available to coaches, parents, and others helping to keep athletes safe from concussion. It features interviews with leading experts, dynamic graphics and interactive exercises, and compelling storytelling to help you recognize a concussion and know how to respond if you think that your athlete might have a concussion. Once you complete the training and quiz, you can print out a certificate, making it easy to show your league or school you are ready for the season.
